By merely tightening the Allen screws your door will self-center to the desired closed position. (36 kg) with a maximum door width of 28" (711 mm). (54 kg) with a maximum door width of 32" (813 mm). Important Notes: CRL Shower Door Hinges are designed for residential or hotel shower use. P1N13 Gasket Pack must be purchased separately for use with 5/16" (8 mm) thick tempered glass. Call for details. SPECIFICATIONS: Glass Thickness: 5/16" (8 mm) to 1/2" (12 mm) Tempered Safety Glass Special Feature: Adjustable to any angle up to 90 degree without having to take door down. For doors pulling outwards only (using a clear door jamb) you can adjust the hinge to close 5 degree inside the shower area thus having the door close snugly against the jamb. The door can swing 90 degree inward and also 90 degree outward (adjusting angle from factory set position will reduce 90 degree swing in that direction). CRL Adjustable Pinnacle Series Hinges take our popular Pinnacle Hinge to a new level. Using three hinges with 5/16" to 1/2" glass (8 to 12 mm) the hinge will hold up to 120 lbs. Use only the template included with this hinge. Adjustment to accommodate the desired angle (up to 90 degree) is done after the door is installed.
