The chicken griller & jalapeno roaster is part of Nordic Ware’s 356 range, and is designed to give you great cooking results 365 days a year. Not suitable for dishwashers. They even still make most of their products in Minneapolis. Nordic Ware is now a byword for great quality cookware in the USA. They saw great success after the launch of their Bundt pan, and soon turned their attention to other cookware. Before the first use, hand wash the roaster with warm soapy water. Simply pour or brush your sauce over the tops of the drumsticks – it will drip down to coat the whole piece of chicken. Nordic Ware was started in 1946, by Dotty and Dave Dalquist in their Minneapolis basement. Whether you’re cooking out on the barbecue or in the kitchen, the 365 range has you covered. It makes basting a breeze, too. It works on the barbecue or in the oven, so you can use it all year round. The stainless-steel roaster comes with a recipe for stuffed peppers. It holds the drumsticks vertically, so they cook evenly all the way around just as they are! They started making speciality Scandinavian cookware, like the Ebelskiver pan. If your peppers are too narrow, slide a toothpick horizontally through the pepper. It holds up to 17 drumsticks or peppers at one time, so it’s ideal when you have a lot of people to cater for. The pepper will rest on the toothpick instead of falling through the holes! The stainless-steel roaster comes with a recipe for stuffed peppers.
