The shell has is a 2-layer H2No Performance Standard waterproof poly stretch twill construction and a Durable Water Repellent finish. You can wear the shell on its own in the rain, with the waterproof, breathable, windproof barrier it forms. The hem is adjustable with hidden cords running to the handwarmer pockets.
