Description

The result is wide acceptance of giclee by galleries, museums, and private collectors. During time spent abroad and within the USA, he has captured a unique variety of photography ranging from architecture to landscapes, in addition to portraits and still life photography. Gallery wrap is a method of stretching an artist's canvas so that the canvas wraps around the sides and is secured a hidden, wooden frame. The attainable excellence that giclee printmaking affords makes the reproduction virtually indistinguishable from the original piece. Alan's nostalgic, soft, romantic and alluring imagery brings the past into the present.
