Trademark Fine Art &Poppies Close& by Michael Blanchette Photographic Print on Wrapped Canvas - Size: 47x22 H x 30x22 W x 2x22 D

Description

In addition to photographing new England, his passion for photography spans across the Colorado plateau, down the Southern Appalachian mountains, and overseas to locations in France, Norway, Scotland, Iceland, and Italy. This method of stretching and preparing a canvas allows for a frameless presentation of the finished painting. This ready to hang, gallery-wrapped art piece features a stone house at the back of a field of bright red Poppies. These attributes are embodied in his business motto, serenity in landscapes. He is also passionate about night photography, forever in search of bright stars and a colorful milky way. Gallery wrap is a method of stretching an artist's canvas so that the canvas wraps around the sides and is secured a hidden, wooden frame. Mike aims to capture nature at its best, so he prefers to photograph at the edge of day when the light is more dramatic. His images exude a sense of tranquility, mystery, and simplicity. The attainable excellence that giclee printmaking affords makes the reproduction virtually indistinguishable from the original piece. Giclee (jee-clay) is an advanced printmaking process for creating high quality fine art reproductions. The result is wide acceptance of giclee by galleries, museums, and private collectors. Michael blanchette is a new hampshire-based photographer specializing in landscapes.
